Dave has been in the IT industry since his return from overseas in 1999. Having worked for some of NZ’s largest companies including Air NZ, Pumpkin Patch and Mighty River Power he brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of service management and customer relationships to BTG.

Dave originally joined BTG in 2011 to grow the Managed Services Team, which has gone from strength to strength. He is now charged with managing the Customer Relations Team.

Along with ITIL v3 certification he holds a BPhEd and a BCom with a Management Major.
