Technology needs ongoing support to continue functioning, staying abreast of change, and supporting a business at its optimal level. BTG provides a pro-active support structure in the following areas; in-house teams, supplying helpdesk services, through to outsourcing of part/whole of our client’s IT environments. BTG believe in individualising a support structure that works with the unique variances from client to client rather than a traditional fixed model.
