What you’ll be doing
Based in our Auckland, Tauranga or Christchurch branches, this is a varied role that will involve working for a range of clients on-site and remotely with a broad range of industry standard technologies including:

  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • Exchange/Office 365
  • Virtualisation.
  • Infrastructure.
  • Backup/disaster recovery.
  • General networking.
  • Linux.
  • VoIP.
  • Firewalls.
  • Networking products.

You’ll be exposed to lots of cool new technologies and be working within an exciting NZ owned company that specialises in IT Solutions.

The role is customer facing and you will be working closely with our clients on a face-to-face basis as well as over the phone. The production of a range of quality written documentation is a key component of the role.

Skills you’ll need

Exceptional time management is critical, as is a proven ability to produce quality documentation that is easy to understand by clients and colleagues.

A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.  Also helpful will be current Microsoft, Citrix or network vendor certifications.  Of more importance is proven relevant experience in the IT service industry.
