Greater opportunity to sell UC solutions

US unified communications company ShoreTel has expanded its local channel presence by signing Business Technology Group.

BTG is its second partner alongside distributor Connector Systems.

ShoreTel’s reputation as a provider of unified communications (UC) offerings made the partnership a natural choice, according to BTG operations director Neil Dwight.

“Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions require competent network engineering, and New Zealand lacks that kind of solid base. BTG will be able to work closely with ShoreTel to ensure the successful delivery of its advanced enterprise-class UC solutions to clients,” says Dwight.
